What are your terms and conditions?
Online reservations requested through book.limo on our website require the total estimated trip cost to be collected in full with the payment method the customer enters and is NON-REFUNDABLE. Reservations requested by phone, text, and email require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit towards the total estimated trip cost (except for airport transfers), and the remaining estimated trip cost is due by close of business the Monday before the scheduled pickup date. We reserve the right to withhold service and/or cancel the reservation in its entirety without refund if the remaining estimated trip cost is not paid to us by the Monday before the scheduled pickup date. Any payment amount collected towards a reservation in advance, whether through book.limo, phone, text, or email is NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellations and changes to reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time by calling our office at +1 (225) 928-5466 during office hours, 7AM through 7PM central time Monday through Friday. In the event the reservation is cancelled at least 24 hours before the pickup time, any amount collected in advance may be used as a credit towards a future reservation within 365 days of the original reservation date. Cancellations and/or changes made to reservations after the 24 hours before a scheduled pickup time will result in forfeiture of any payment or deposit collected in advance. We do not accept cancellations or changes to reservations via email, text, or outside of office hours, and any payment collected in advance is NON-REFUNDABLE. The customer both agrees to pay for all actual trip charges and authorizes us to charge, within five days of the trip’s actual drop off date, the actual trip charges, by any payment method entered or given. Actual trip charges may differ depending on variables including but not limited to traffic, number of stops, client requests, toll charges, parking/no standing tickets, fuel prices, any damage by the client/passenger to the vehicle, and/or violations of our cleaning, eating/drinking, no-smoking, and/or seatbelt policies. A two percent surcharge will be added to all trips outside the limits of East Baton Rouge Parish. We are not liable for delays caused by acts of God or any conditions beyond our control. We charge a $500 cleaning fee if the client or any passenger displays signs of a contagious illness, vomits, or otherwise requires us to clean (and repair if necessary) the vehicle beyond routine procedure. Eating, smoking, vaping, the use of electronic cigarettes, or any smokeless product, including chewing tobacco, is not allowed. We will charge a $500 fee per violation of this policy. The illegal possession or use of any illicit drug or controlled substance is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the trip without refund. The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate the trip at any time, without refund, if he/she finds that any passenger is not abiding by these terms and conditions, or at the chauffeur’s discretion, passenger(s) are jeopardizing the health or safety of the chauffeur or other passengers. The chauffeur reserves the right to cancel/remove any passenger from the vehicle at any time. We reserve the right to substitute the vehicle at our discretion without advance notice, and vehicles will not be allowed to exceed the pre-rated capacity/number of passengers (vehicle capacity is determined by us and subject to change at any time). We will not be responsible for any articles/items missing or left in the vehicle. You assume total responsibility for any and all damages to the vehicle, contents, and lost revenues while the vehicle is inoperable. If you fail to pay all or any part of our charges, or for any damage or losses described above, and if it is necessary for us to employ a lawyer or otherwise take legal action to collect any amount which you owe us, you agree to pay our actual lawyer’s fees and costs incurred with collecting any such.
How do I cancel or make changes to my reservation?
You must call our office at +1 (225)-928-5466 during office hours, 7:00AM through 7:00PM central time, Monday through Friday (excl. observed Louisiana holidays), at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time to cancel or make changes to existing reservations. We do not accept cancellations or changes to reservations by email, text, voicemail, or outside of office hours. If you cancel or change a reservation after the 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the deposit will be forfeited.

Is gratuity included or should I tip the driver when I exit the vehicle?
Yes, 20% gratuity is included and you are not required to tip when exiting the vehicle.
How will I know my car has arrived and what if I need to contact the driver?
If you’ve provided us with your cell phone number, you will receive an SMS alert when the driver arrives on site. If you need to contact the driver for any reason, the best number at which to reach him will also be in the SMS alert. You can always call us.
